Elizabeth Tuerk
Elizabeth Tuerk, MA, LMHC joined IPN in October 2018 as Clinical Coordinator. Formerly, Elizabeth
worked as a primary therapist at Lakeview Health, a substance use disorder and dual diagnosis
residential treatment center, where she provided intensive group and individual therapy to recovering
professionals. Elizabeth also assisted with and contributed to the evaluation of impaired healthcare
professionals conducted by Lakeview Health’s multidisciplinary evaluation team. Elizabeth was
previously an IPN Case Manager from 2013 to 2015, and has extensive experience working directly with
nurse participants under IPN monitoring.
In 2012 to 2013, Elizabeth completed her clinical internship at Inter-Care, an intensive outpatient
treatment program in New York City as part of her studies in mental health counseling at New York
University. Elizabeth graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness
from New York University in 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Pace University in
New York City in 2011.
